The fattoush Salad is my favorite salad by far. Its extremely fresh and crunchy ingredients really come together with one bite. I added shrimp to my salad and it really complimented the sumac vinaigrette. There is nothing like a refreshing salad to get your evening started. I would recommend this 1000 times over. Thank you!

Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

I am a regular at Meso and this is the dish that keeps me and my friends coming back! I love how it combines savory, with turmeric, and sweet, with honey. It's super filling but all the ingredients are so fresh which leaves me feeling light. Definitely recommend trying this dish

Super big fan of this dish. It's so full of flavor and texture! Don't be fooled by its seemingly simple description. The presentation is also beautiful and delicate. A perfect dish all around.

Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Full of flavor and texture, beautiful presentation, perfectly roasted and a nice touch of crisp from the quinoa. This is one of my go to dishes. It's a comfort dish for me and can fill me up as a stand alone dish.
